The participants of this study were selected through a short questionnaire that was sent to them via email. They are willing participants who are any age, gender, or ethnicity who have recently looked into insurance of some kind. In the questionnaire they were informed of the tasks of the study, as well as asked questions to gather data about themselves. They were asked questions such as their age range, if they had recently looking into getting insurance of any kind, and if they had heard of various insurance companies.
